Some may know her from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but we know Lisa Vanderpump for the amazing work her organization The Vanderpump Dog Foundation does to encourage more humane treatment for dogs worldwide and end dog meat practices in China.

The foundation has varied and versatile programming aimed towards creating a better world for dogs. Pet Wellbeing was proud to give back with a donation of skin allergy, joint, immune system, stress, and dietary support

The Vanderpump Dog Foundation was formed to not only aid in ending international abuse toward dogs, but to also better the lives of dogs domestically. The United States faces many problems of its own including dog overpopulation, abuse, neglect and lack of education with regards to spaying and neutering pets. The Foundation is built on a platform of education, legislation, and activism.

With grassroots campaigns like low-cost spay/neuter days for rescue pet owners in Los Angeles, to global health studies with the World Health Organization to ban the consumption of dog meat, The Vanderpump Dog Foundation has a multifaceted approach to creating a better world for man’s best friend.

The Vanderpump Dog Foundation aims to be the voice for the voiceless. As well as trying to end the abuse and neglect of dogs domestically, their main focus is ending the Yulin Dog Meat Festival and the dog meat trade. Their rescue facilities take on severe cases of dogs that have faced extreme abuse and neglect, and commits to their care, rehabilitation and rehoming to a loving forever family.
