Stress Gold - for Occasional Moments of High Stress in Cats

I have 2 Maine Coon cats at home. 1 gets stressed pretty easily and the other 1 likes to get into all sorts of trouble throughout the day. I'm currently working on remodeling my house (kitchen, ceilings, walls, floors, pretty much everything) and was looking for some stress relief for my 2 kitties. I started mixing it in with their food 2x/day. Murdock (easily stressed) did not like the taste, so I mixed a little water in with his food to dilute it & that seemed to do the trick. Ivy (little miss trouble) had no problem with the taste.

I noticed results in both within the hour. Murdock would more easily calm down & find a place to settle by me for the day, & Ivy would lay in the middle of the construction & watch all the changes being made to the house with no issue. It' didn't seem to last ALL day, so I'd give it to them again at dinner.

The only thing that could make this better is if they were in a dried treat/chew form!

My cat was smelling the bottle before I could even get it open! It did seem settle them down some and the fighting wasn’t as consistent nor aggressive.

I have a Persian Munchkin- Pixie. With such long hair it can be hard to manage, but she will not allow you to brush her more than a minute at a time...goes to say it was in dire need of a tame. We used Stress Gold for cats on Pixie, just a few drops of the liquid via a dropper provided in the lid, and let her sit for 10-15 minutes. Pixie was relaxed and sat there for a good 20 minutes let me brush her hair out without trying to run away, she even rolled over for me lol.

I will definitely be keeping this on hand for my cat when she just needs a nice calming on her normally- meow ridden- days.

Like most cats, trips to the vet adds a level of stress and anxiety ( at least for mine ). It was a little hard to get him to take it at first but i was able to get him to take it and he did seem a bit more calm than he usually would be. I will definitely be trying it on my other two cats when they have their appointments coming up.

My cat and I moved to my boyfriend's house last July and she doesn't adapt well to my boyfriend's dog, who is very energetic. So I wanted to try the Stress Gold drops to try to soothe her a little and I already see a small difference in her behavior after 1 week of trying. She hides less and hisses less. I will for sure continue to give herthe drops to see long terms benefits. I give her the drops in her wet cast and she eats it all without problem.

I have two cats who typically don’t come out much during the day. A lot of stuff frightens them (noises outside, our baby, and most recently our move). I used this during the most stressful time and noticed they were so much more relaxed and were able to handle the move well and come and cuddle with us on the couch or first night in!! Only thing I would say that could be a negative is that it’s not very pleasant smelling. But for the way it works I genuinely don’t believe that matters.

We have a beloved senior cat, Snickers, a twenty-pound Tortoiseshell and has issues with noise and separation anxiety. She is also not very keen on being around new people and other cats. We saved her from being euthanized by a shelter back in 2018. When we leave the house, she has always retreated back under our bed and does not come out unless we coax her with a treat. With this product I loved it from day one! I love that it is plastic, because glass usually becomes broken quickly by her knocking it off of something to get my attention. I gave it to her with the dropper orally before I left the house to pick up my son. When we came back, she was calmly sitting in her scratching bed in the main living room! After a week, she is not as scared or shows high anxiety when we leave; She is much more calm and to say thank you is an understatement! Both my cats (Aggie 10 and Kiki 8) have trouble on any travel car rides.They also hate trips to the vet. It is like they know they are going and tense up. I just follow the instructions as normal and administer it in their food. Overall so satisfied!!

I had tried plugins, sprays, other herbal supplements to help my older cat and kitten get along and only when I used this in their food was there a significant change. They will never be best buds but they now tolerate each other and even sometimes sleep together.

I wanted to love this, because everything I've ever bought form Pet Wellbeing has been amazing. I think this product may have contributed to an increase in stomach acid in my cat. Every time I give it to him, he has trouble at night with restlessness and swallowing a lot as well as sometimes regurgitating liquids in small amounts. He definitely seems MORE stressed when using this one. I may stop for awhile and see if things change and try again. He is 10 years old and becoming a fussy grandpa kitty!
