Shipping policy

 

Your order will ship from the location closest to you with the item/s in stock, which may include Amazon fulfillment. We use multiple shipping facilities within the USA, though not all items are always available in every location to ship all at once; some orders may be dispatched in multiple packages, with the items arriving separately.

In addition to using Amazon's fulfillment services, we also have our own store on their platform, which you may find here

 If you prefer non-Amazon fulfillment, or have a request for your order to be dispatched with a particular carrier, please call us at 1-877-633-2401 to place your order over the phone.

 

Domestic Rates:

FREE delivery for orders $50.00 or greater: 4 -7 business days

Standard - $5.95: 4 - 7 business days*
Expedited - $7.95 ($5.95 for orders $50.00 or greater): 2 - 3 business days*
Priority - $29.95: 1 - 2 business days*

 

*The delivery times are based on your location in relation to where the order ships from. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times (including expedited and priority) to remote areas and non-contiguous states

 

Processing:

  • Orders received before 9:30 AM EST (6:30 AM PST) will be processed the same business day. All orders received after 9:30 AM EST will be processed the next business day
  • Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays
  • Orders are processed very efficiently for rapid delivery; we may not be able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted
  • Successful delivery relies on the correct address being supplied by the shopper. If you come to realize it is incorrect, please contact us immediately for resolution
  • If your order contains an out of stock item, it will be placed into a back-order status and ship once all items are available

Delivery Concerns:

In the event of any order fulfillment or delivery issues, please ensure to contact us within 30 days in order to guarantee proper resolution.

If you receive a damaged package or a defective item, please ensure to contact us prior to discarding it. In some instances, we may require further information for an investigation with our fulfillment and/or delivery partners. 

Please note that temperature and/or air pressure changes may cause a minimal amount of leakage with liquid tinctures. This is expected, and completely normal; it does not result in contamination or otherwise make our products unfit for use.

 

International Shipments:

Shipment rates will vary depending on which country you are shipping to; the options and costs will be displayed to you during the checkout process. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions regarding this.

If you are located outside of the United States, we offer alternate websites which you may shop from. Please note that we do not allow consumers with addresses in the following regions to shop on our US site due to stock availability and import rules pertaining to certain types of supplements.

Shipping Restrictions for Delivery Outside of the United States:

International deliveries may be subject to review by your local customs agency. This may cause delay with delivery, additional costs due to duties/taxes, or failure to deliver. Check with your local customs office to determine import rules and/or costs.
